The Troika has given Greece far from a ringing endorsement over the country's reform efforts as it looks to receive the next €8.1B tranche of its bailout. Although Greece has "committed to take corrective actions to ensure delivery of the fiscal targets for 2013-14," the IMF and EU said, "policy implementation is behind in some areas," while the economic outlook is uncertain. Eurozone finance ministers are due to decide today whether to approve that next tranche.
